The model should be used both as an M9 bayonet M16/M4 and as a field knife. The blade is made from a special stainless steel, carries a fine saw blade in the back and is protected with a black zinc-phosphate layer. With a thickness of 6 mm M9 was holding the greatest stresses. The Molle-compatible, impact-resistant plastic sheath can be used as a wire cutter in conjunction with the knife.
